Shipping
We offer fast and secure delivery across the UK. Orders are processed on business days and typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can monitor your parcel until it arrives. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, bras must be tried on over your own underwear and returned without any signs of wear or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item using the returns process. This ensures a faster and smoother exchange.
